Job Title: Graphics and UX/UI Designer (Remote, Figma and Photoshop Required) Company: Mastroke Location: Remote Tools: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator About the Role Mastroke is looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, visually engaging digital experiences. As part of our team, you’ll design seamless interfaces for web and mobile, using Figma as your main tool alongside Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered designs that align with our brand. Responsibilities
- Use Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Develop and maintain a design system for consistent branding.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to align on project goals.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
- Design responsive interfaces that work across devices.
- Review creative briefs, seek clarifications if needed, and suggest improvements.
- Execute design tasks efficiently, ensuring projects meet scope and deadlines.
- Develop branding visuals and collaborate with account managers to align designs with project goals.
- Work autonomously and be proactive in adapting to design trends and standards.
- Use design tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Create rough drafts, present ideas, and finalize designs based on feedback.
- Maintain attention to detail and ensure design accuracy.
- Experience : 2+ years in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio.
- Figma Expertise: Required, including components and design systems.
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related tools.
- Proficiency in sketching, illustration, logo, banner, GIF, and UI design.
- Skills: Knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and responsive design.
- Communication: Ability to clearly present design decisions.
- User research experience and familiarity with Agile
