Responsibilities Good team player and work closely with other domain specialists to design complex solutions. Analyze business requirements to develop technical solutions and system design. Generate solution design, project documents, and Bill of Material for customer requirements. Conduct in-house evaluation and Proof of Concept trial with stakeholders. Liaison with principal vendors to understand their products, solutions, and pricing. Assist the project engineers during technical project implementation and conduct training. Handle system administration, network support, implementation, and troubleshooting in Windows / Linux. Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose network problems. Upgrade network hardware and software components as required, while ensuring adherence to Cybersecurity Act and Cybersecurity Code of Practice (CCOP). Address any ad hoc activities when needed by the technical team. Document functional requirements/specifications documents for all necessary systems pertaining to the network designed or implemented and the necessary routing. Be familiar with the latest networking trends and solutions available in the market. Undertake vendor certifications as required by the company to maintain partnership status. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in computer science or related technical discipline. At least 3-5 years’ experience in network design and planning. Very comfortable and familiar with Microsoft Windows and Linux operating environments (Ubuntu, Red Hat, etc.). Minimum 3 years experience in complex project implementations. Strong understanding of cybersecurity, cryptography, security protocols, network security, and TCP/IP networking. Strong understanding of Risk Management, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and IT Regulatory Compliance. Experience in architecting or deploying virtualization solutions for enterprises would be advantageous. Understanding of on-premise/hybrid and cloud networking models. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Hands-on experience in installing hardware such as servers, network switches, cables, hubs, routers, and setting up required software environments/applications. Solid CCTV and Audio/Video knowledge and experience. Experience with IP communication technology such as IP PBX, video conferencing, and network management systems. Possess certifications like CCNP Routing & Switching, CCNP Wireless, CISSP, or equivalent in Networking and Security technologies would be an added advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
