Job Responsibilities: Attend daily toolbox/safety meetings. Support all daily construction working activities at the worksite. Able to lead and work with workers to complete all jobs assigned. Support all daily construction activities. Develop and plan engineering strategies. Check on paper and site work progress. Conduct project safety briefings. Control materials order and usage. Supervise the construction team. Increase the company's work quantity and quality. Ensure that structures are constructed in a safe and sturdy manner. Report to the director and project manager. Liaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities. Perform miscellaneous duties and ad-hoc works.
