Analyst Lending & Structured Finance - Mediobanca International

Position:

The resource - as part of the local Lending & Structured Finance team and alongside the relevant tutor - will collaborate in the loans origination, structuring & monitoring. Namely, the resource will support the team with the following main activities:

• analysis of new potential clients (mainly international corporates and funds)
• preparation of pitch/presentations for the clients
• analysis and definition of the key features of new financing transactions and financial products offered to the clients
• calculation of the loans’ returns
• preparation of the internal documentation for the analysis of new financing transactions
• negotiation and disbursement of loans in cooperation with other local and headquarters’ departments
• monitoring of the existing loan portfolio evolution and clients’ performance
• preparation of any supporting documents for the interaction with local auditors with reference to the existing loan portfolio

Requirements:

• fluency in Italian and English
• good knowledge of Office software tools
• proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with strong Excel skills
• deep understanding of financial statements
• ability to work under pressure
• commitment, high motivation, curiosity and proactivity, with a keen interest in financial markets
• attention to detail, precision and accuracy
