Senior Accountant (US CPA Required)

Remote Contract Accountant    Please apply here:   We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for submitting quarterly financial reports in compliance with multiple US state requirements and should have a strong understanding of U.S. accounting laws and regulations.   Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit quarterly financial reports in accordance with state requirements.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting laws and regulations.
• Manage and maintain accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with the internal team to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Utilize QuickBooks for accounting tasks, including but not limited to, bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliation.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on compliance and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of U.S. accounting laws and regulations.
• Must have a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certificate.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software.
• Based in the Philippines, with the ability to work remotely.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
