Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily sales operations for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, such as CMP tools, within the assigned sales territory to ensure achievement of sales targets set by the management team. Guide and manage the sales representatives’ activities to maximize market opportunities and maintain competitiveness. Regularly prepare forecasts and sales targets, monitoring team performance against these benchmarks. Provide strategic direction to help the team meet or exceed these goals. Lead new marketing initiatives and collaborate with EC to implement promotional efforts for semiconductor manufacturing equipment products. Design, develop, and execute localized sales and marketing programs tailored to the needs of the sales territory. Maintain clear communication with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide sales support as required. Collaborate with EC to establish appropriate industry pricing levels. Utilize the SAP ERP system to track and manage the progress of quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and customer invoicing. Partner with EC to identify and secure new accounts and contracts, leveraging the local team to support growth in new product offerings. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure trust and satisfaction. Perform any additional responsibilities as assigned by the management team. Qualifications and Requirements: Experience: A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the semiconductor industry and in a Japanese company setting. Knowledge: Familiarity with commercial and shipping documents, including Incoterms. Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, such as CMP tools. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by a friendly and professional demeanor. Demonstrated ability in customer service, negotiation, and delivering impactful presentations. Capability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Other Requirements: Willingness to travel internationally for training and visits to customer locations across the region as needed. Candidates who own a vehicle will receive a vehicle allowance.
