Job Description The IT Specialist's mission is to coordinate and optimize operational tasks linked to our IT applications' environments. This role serves as the point of contact in South East Asia for all IT support-related matters, covering incidents and request management, providing on-site and remote support, participating in and anticipating projects, and collaborating between respective departments. The IT Specialist will also take charge of general IT administration and documentation. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a relevant field. Possess project management and budgeting skills. Experience in service delivery, inventory management, and support services.
