We are currently recruiting for both full-time and internship roles. Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Intern Responsibilities Assist in developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract talent in the industry. Source, screen, and interview candidates for Sales & Business Development, as well as Technical roles, while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions. Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking and utilizing various sourcing channels. Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing candidates with an excellent experience throughout the recruitment process. Assist in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice. Requirements For Recruiter (full-time) role : previous experience in talent acquisition or human resources. For Intern role : no experience required, but the ability to commit to 3 days per week is needed. Prior exposure to cryptocurrency, either professionally or personally, is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
