Responsibilities Assist the centre principal in areas including but not restricted to finance and enrolment. Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, maintaining updated records of documents, etc. Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and any other forms of interactions. Follow up with parents on enrolment administrative work, collate necessary documents, and collect outstanding fees. Work alongside various departments to close administrative gaps. Anticipate the needs of others and stay one step ahead in order to ensure seamless and positive experiences. Perform any other jobs assigned. Qualifications Proficient in MS Office skills. Integrity in handling confidential information. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Take initiatives, possess a strong sense of urgency, and be able to prioritize and meet deadlines. Familiarity with administrative work in childcare centres is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
