Senior Network Engineer

Responsibilities: Designing, implementing, and optimising complex network solutions to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient data communication across the organisation Troubleshooting and resolving network-related issues promptly, minimising downtime and providing exceptional service to internal stakeholders Proactively monitoring network performance and implementing measures to identify and address potential bottlenecks or vulnerabilities Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the integration of new technologies and applications into the network environment Documenting network configurations, processes, and procedures to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers, contributing to the professional development of the team Requirements: 2 years of demonstrated experience as a Network Engineer or a similar role within a large, complex organisation Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with network protocols, technologies, and industry best practices Proficiency in configuring and administering network devices, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve network-related issues efficiently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Experience in leading and mentoring a team of network professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment Relevant certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent, are highly desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
