This is a 1-year contract position with a 1-month Completion bonus. We are looking for a Regional HRMS Specialist who is proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) such as Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft (HR, Success Factor), Workday, Peoplesoft or ServiceNow , and is capable of managing projects, documentation, creating reports, and performing analysis. Reporting to the Asia regional HRMS CoE (Center of Expertise) Manager, you would serve as the regional level HR systems subject matter expert for Asia local HRIS and HR personnel, ensuring the integrity of all data in our HR systems while participating in Corporate HRMS and CoE-led transformational and change projects. You will collaborate closely with the Asia HRIS network and People services teams, Corporate HRMS, local HR, and IT teams to drive and deliver better data entry practices, align special systems entry processes across the sites, and participate in Corporate-led HRIS projects. Responsibilities: Assist the Asia regional HRMS CoE to co-lead and support regional Asia HRMS and global HORIZON workstream project activities. Actively participate in regional and global HRMS initiatives, providing technical-functional expertise, feedback, training, and communications, while performing systems integration testing when required. Act as the regional Asia contact point to consolidate and escalate common HR systems-related feedback/issues from Asia HRIS and local HR key user stakeholders to Corporate HRMS, HR CoE, and IT teams when necessary. Support the creation and management of system data documentation concerning the Asia region. Improve data quality in HR systems and standardize system data management processes across the Asia region, collaborating with the Asia HRIS network and Corporate HRMS teams. Work closely with respective HRMS teams, IT, and vendors to implement new HR systems features and migrations. Perform basic data analysis for systems/process improvement initiatives in the Asia region. Liaise with other HRIS and Super Users in the Asia Pacific to share best practices, identify and recommend improvements to HR processes and systems, align priorities, and consolidate system feedback for the Corporate HRMS team, HR Leaders, and CoEs. Provide HR systems training to the HRIS network community and HR end-users when required. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or Advanced Diploma in HR, Business Management, IT, or similar. 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience. Proficient and experienced in HRMS platforms and systems. Hands-on HRIS or Business Systems analyst experience OR proven track record in systems support and solutioning, data management/governance, with exposure to HR business processes is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to understand and map/document systems and processes and clearly recommend improvements. Ability to work and collaborate with remote teams, while also being able to work independently. Experience in driving/managing HR systems solutions initiatives/projects or similar. Knowledge of HR processes, data management, and compliance issues. Proficient in using or developing ORACLE HCM or other HR Systems as a technical-functional support, business analyst, or Power User. Exposure to reporting and analytics tools (Power BI, Business Objects, SQR/SQL, ORACLE reporting, or PeopleSoft Query). Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of HR Systems structure, functions, and processes. Comfortable communicating with various levels of users and able to translate technical context into easily understandable content for end users. Multitasking abilities, and capable of maintaining a can-do attitude under challenges.
