Job Description: The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing both digital and offline marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales of the companys offerings. This role requires a strong generalist with expertise in both traditional marketing and digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), and online advertising. The Senior Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key markets and manage product launches, customer communications, and trade events. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital and offline channels to grow brand recognition in key regions.
- Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content creation.
- Manage the companys social media presence and engage with the community.
- Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as trade shows, conferences, and partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvements or new initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Proven experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior marketing role.
- Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and paid advertising.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and English.
- Experience in the industrial or technical sector is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
