The Job:

Reporting to the Director of L&D, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing/developing & implementing L&D programmes & curriculums for their corporate & multinational client base. More specifically you will be tasked with analysing client-specific L&D needs & undertaking scoping activities, developing bespoke L&D programmes, learning curriculum planning, implementing timelines & milestones for learning initiatives, managing resources & budgets, cultivating strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders, ensuring quality standards are adhered to & reporting to leadership teams on current industry as well as future trends in the L&D space.

Your Skills/Experience that we need:

• 3rd level degree qualified, or above, in HR, Org Development, L&D or a related discipline.
• 3-4+ years experience in a L&D role primarily focused on programme or curriculum design & development.
• Proven experience in managing projects & timelines.
• Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to build relationships with key internal & external stakeholders.
• Strong IT & business data analysis skills.

The Offer:

This position is being offered as a permanent role with salary depending on skills/experience but expected to be in the range of approx. 50-55k+ benefits including pension, health care & 7-8% annual bonus. This role will be a hybrid mix of 2-3 days in-office & the balance working from home/remote, so it could also suit candidates who are based outside the immediate Limerick city region. Candidates on restricted visas/work permits will not be considered.
