We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Creative Director to lead our creative team and drive innovative design solutions across multiple platforms. This role combines creative leadership, client relationship management, and business development responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Creative Leadership & Direction Provide strategic creative direction for all design projects including graphic design, storyboarding, and multimedia content Develop and maintain consistency in quality across all creative deliverables Lead and mentor a remote creative team to deliver high-quality work that meets client objectives Review and approve creative concepts, designs, and final deliverables Stay current with industry trends and innovative design approaches Client Management Meet with clients to understand their vision, objectives, and requirements Present creative concepts and design solutions to clients Build and maintain strong client relationships Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and timeline management Translate client feedback into actionable creative direction Business Development Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling pitches and presentations Participating in client meetings and pitch presentations Contribute to proposal development and project scoping Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling creative services Internal Leadership Support company initiatives and internal projects Contribute to company culture and creative team development Develop and implement creative processes and workflows Participate in strategic planning and department goal setting Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field 6+ years of experience in creative design roles 4+ years of team leadership experience Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse creative work Expert knowledge of design principles and current design trends Proficiency in industry-standard design software - Adobe creative cloud Outstanding visual and creative skills Strong presentation and communication abilities Excellent project management and organizational skills Problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
