APAC Medical Sales Director

Main Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand business opportunities. Build up new business prospect, new market area through developing sales strategies and marketing skills. Meet with potential customers to determine their needs. Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing strategies to clients. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Overseas travelling required (SEA). Any other ad-hoc duties assigned. Requirements: Provide a Full Range of Solutions for Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery. Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the medical sales field. Proficient in Microsoft Office. The main products include bone filling container, balloon catheter, remote controlled injection manipulator, expandable retractor, V-shape Bichannel Endoscopic (VBE) Spine Surgery System, medical endoscope, camera system with matched instruments, orthopaedic shaver system and accessories, among them, the bone filling container, remote controlled injection manipulator, VBE, and dual-media spinal endoscopy are unique products.
