We are supporting a Global Manufacturing company in the search for a Senior Human Resources Manager to join their team. In this role you will provide strategic leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, foster a high-performing culture, and serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support growth and align with company goals.
  • Lead talent acquisition, retention, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and employee engagement programs.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, local labor laws, and international regulations.
  • Streamline HR operations, including payroll, onboarding, and policy development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s in HR or related field
  • 10+ years in HR, including 3-5 years in managerial roles
  • Experience in a global/international organization
  • Knowledge of the Manufacturing industry
