We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Trading Floor IT Support. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our trading floor operations, ensuring the smooth running of our systems and applications. You will act as the first point of contact for all trading floor IT issues, aiming to resolve all desktop issues whilst delivering world-class customer satisfaction. Based on the Trading Floor, you will work closely with other areas of Group IT to ensure incidents are resolved as quickly as possible and escalate any problems that could affect multiple users. Responsibilities: Provide first-line technical support to the trading floor, responding promptly to requests and issues. Maintain and troubleshoot Bloomberg, Refinitiv, and other market data products. Develop and maintain scripts using VBA and PowerShell to automate tasks and processes. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support for trading applications. Keep up to date with the latest technologies and suggest improvements to existing systems. Requirements: At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial sector. Experience with trading floor support, as traders are VVIP in the financial institutions and any IT downtime will have business impact. Windows 10, Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), SharePoint, Teams Familiar with trading application support ie Bloomberg Having experience with meeting room support will be an advantage Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. This role may need to support Australia remotely during SG core hours. #J-18808-Ljbffr
