For more information, visit Responsibilities: Finance responsibility for the Bitdefender SEA entities (Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia).Lead the Horangi Finance team that supports those entities Direct and oversee all activities of the Horangi Finance team in areas including but not limited to accounting, tax and treasury Ensure the Horangi entities comply with all required financial regulations, including filing of accounts, tax returns, etc. Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and be responsible for compliance with applicable financial reporting standards/regulation/laws for financial and tax reporting Collaborate with various stakeholders across the Bitdefender and Horangi organisations to improve business processes and workflows to increase efficiency and improve corporate governance Establish and maintain strong relationships with peers and other senior executives, supporting business initiatives where appropriate Provide recommendations on enhancing financial governance and performance to senior management As required develop financial plans/budgets and cash forecasts, and track performance against the plan in a timely manner As required lead corporate initiatives in collaboration with the Legal team, including incorporation in new markets and setting up the necessary advisor arrangements Liaise with external advisors as required, including bankers, lawyers, tax agents and auditors Indirectly manage the Administration function of the SEA entities, which rolls up into the Bitdefender Finance team Supervise the integration process with Bitdefender and the implementation of the guidelines and procedures on the local level. The parties shall establish the targets and objectives for each year at the beginning of the calendar year. Requirements: This is a role requiring hands-on involvement; in addition to leading the team, successful applicants would be expected to personally drive projects or take on individual contributor responsibilities as needed BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; and Accounting Qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, etc)10+ years’ experience in Finance roles with demonstrated progression of increasing responsibility, preferably in a high-growth environment Direct experience in international tax matters (specifically on transfer pricing) and FP&A would be considered favourably Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work well at all levels; ability to manage remote team members is essential High level of integrity and dependability and with sound judgment Able to balance growth imperatives against cost constraints and influence senior management accordingly Proficiency with MS Office/Excel is a must; Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP and OneStream reporting and consolidation is helpful #J-18808-Ljbffr
