Non-disclosed Manama منذ 3 أيام Summary: The Vice President of Real Estate will collaborate closely with the Chief Investment Officer to define and execute the firm's investment strategy. The role involves setting clear investment objectives, risk parameters, and return targets, as well as driving optimal capital allocation across property types, geographies, and investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investment Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Chief Investment Officer to define and execute the firm's investment strategy.
  • Portfolio Management: Drive optimal capital allocation across property types, geographies, and investment strategies, designing and structuring multi-asset portfolios that encompass both liquid and illiquid assets.
  • Asset Allocation: Implement asset allocation strategies, including macro strategies and absolute return portfolio management.
  • Private Equity Fund Management: Structure private equity funds, including capital raising, deal execution (acquisitions, dispositions, development), portfolio management, and fund performance measurement.
  • Deal Sourcing and Underwriting: Source, underwrite, and manage real estate deals, conducting thorough market research and analysis to proactively identify investment opportunities and assess potential risks.
  • Leadership and Communication: Lead global investment teams and execute global investment strategies across private market asset classes, preparing high-quality investor communications, presenting investment proposals to the investment committee, and participating in investor meetings and conferences.
  • Performance Monitoring: Prioritize the day-to-day monitoring of real estate investment performance, tracking key metrics such as occupancy rates, rental income, and operating expenses.
  • Compliance and Due Diligence: Oversee the due diligence process for potential mergers and acquisitions, ensuring all investments adhere to relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance or any relevant field.
  • Preferred Qualifications: International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management (CISI) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of real estate principles, investment strategies, and market dynamics, as well as in-depth knowledge of fund management principles, including portfolio construction, risk management, performance analysis, and AML regulations applicable to the real estate industry.
  • Skills: Strong management skills with the ability to effectively lead and communicate with global teams, analytical and financial modeling skills, and experience in real estate investing or portfolio management.
