IT Support Engineer

About the role We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team at Computer Analysts & Recovery Experts Pte Ltd. This full-time position is based in the East Region and will play a critical role in providing high-quality technical support and maintaining the smooth operation of our clients' IT infrastructure. What you'll be doing Respond promptly to user requests and troubleshoot a wide range of hardware, software and network-related issues Provide first-line support and remote assistance to resolve technical problems efficiently Perform routine maintenance, system updates and backups to ensure data security and system reliability Assist with the installation, configuration and testing of new hardware and software Document all support activities and maintain detailed records of incidents and resolutions Collaborate with the wider IT team to identify and implement process improvements Deliver end-user training and provide guidance on the effective use of IT systems What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role Strong technical expertise in hardware, software, networking and security, with a good understanding of IT infrastructure Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues Effective communication skills to liaise with users at all levels and provide clear explanations of technical concepts Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and exceeding user expectations Certification in relevant IT support or networking disciplines would be advantageous Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive and dedicated approach to work What we offer At Computer Analysts & Recovery Experts Pte Ltd, we are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment that fosters personal and professional growth.
