Based in Singapore and within our Global Cheese Business – Leprino is seeking a Managing Director, APAC (General Manager of our entire Asia Pacific business) to lead our organization to new heights of success in the region! Responsibilities: Oversee and guide all sales, marketing, technical support, and Innovation Studio activities across the Asia Pacific region. Develop and implement strategic and operational plans to meet regional financial goals and drive sustainable growth. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders from key customers and prospects to identify opportunities and remove barriers to success. Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to prioritize goals, allocate resources, and deliver high-quality results that exceed expectations. Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence by mentoring team members and building their technical and leadership skills. Champion the development of innovative solutions through the Innovation Studio, ensuring alignment with customer needs and Leprino’s core competencies. Guide technical support teams to provide outstanding service and deepen their understanding of regional customer applications. Ensure the Asia Pacific team exemplifies the Leprino commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction. Act as a trusted liaison between the Asia Pacific team and corporate stakeholders in the USA and Europe, ensuring seamless communication and alignment. Proactively adapt strategies and approaches to address changing market conditions and regional demands. Minimum Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams within Asia Pacific while coordinating with headquarters on another continent. 12+ years of commercial experience in the APAC region. 10+ years of experience in leadership and people development. Preferred Qualifications: A master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Proven experience leading customer-centric teams with a strong focus on innovation and technical excellence. Prior experience in B2B food ingredient sales, particularly in dairy or cheese products, with a strong understanding of the APAC market dynamics and customer needs. A history of building collaborative relationships and driving progress in complex global environments.
