We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Control & Assurance Manager to oversee and manage the quality assurance processes for engineering design projects in infrastructure engineering , including Stormwater, Water Resources Engineering , and other civil engineering disciplines. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both Arabic and English , with extensive experience in ensuring the highest standards of quality for large-scale infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: Quality Management System (QMS) Implementation:

Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System tailored to engineering design projects.
Ensure compliance with international and local quality standards, such as ISO 9001.
Regularly review and update quality assurance policies and procedures.

Quality Assurance for Engineering Designs:

Oversee quality assurance processes for design deliverables in stormwater management, water resources, and other civil engineering disciplines.
Conduct design reviews and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and engineering standards.
Identify and address design inconsistencies, errors, and areas for improvement.

Quality Control in Project Execution:

Monitor and verify the quality of deliverables, including drawings, calculations, and reports, to ensure alignment with client expectations and contractual obligations.
Develop and execute quality control plans for all phases of the project.
Work closely with project teams to resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.

Coordination and Communication:

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, project managers, and stakeholders, to ensure quality requirements are understood and implemented.
Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams to address quality-related concerns.
Prepare and deliver quality assurance and control reports in Arabic and English .

Training and Development:

Conduct training sessions to promote quality awareness among team members.
Mentor staff on quality assurance and control processes to ensure continuous improvement.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure that all projects comply with local Saudi regulations, as well as international engineering standards and best practices.
Stay updated on changes to standards and regulations affecting the industry.

Skills Qualifications and Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
Experience: 12 to 15 years of experience in quality control and assurance for engineering design projects, with a strong focus on infrastructure projects.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in quality management systems, standards, and tools.
Familiarity with engineering software used in infrastructure design (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
Strong understanding of stormwater, water resources, and civil engineering design processes.
Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English , with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

Preferred Attributes:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
Experience with projects in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region is highly desirable.
Certification in quality management, such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent, is a plus.
