Waiter

Waiter/Waitress We are a high-end restaurant located in Lusail, seeking a skilled and experienced waiter/waitress to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service. As an Indian restaurant, we welcome candidates who are fluent in English and have a knowledge of Indian cuisine. Responsibilities:

1. Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner
2. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
3. Deliver food to tables promptly and ensure customer satisfaction
4. Upsell menu items and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
5. Handle any customer inquiries or complaints professionally
6. Clean tables, reset tables, and assist with general restaurant maintenance
7. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-end restaurant preferred
2. Fluent in English with strong communication skills
3. Knowledge of Indian cuisine is an asset
4. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
5. Excellent customer service skills
6. Attention to detail
7. Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
