Investment Product Business Management Support (Banking, 12 month contract)

Job Summary: Be a part of the Investment Product Team as we embark on a transformation journey. The duties and responsibilities would be to provide assistance/support to product managers to better run day-to-day business-related tasks. Responsibilities: Business momentum tracking: Financial results seen daily Sales and channel dashboards Incentive reports Client campaign reports Adhoc data extraction Content and Information maintenance: Investment performance and Market monitor updates Training support for Front office colleagues Internal and external website updates Business Support: Bond and Equity availability list and blotters Trail income reconciliation tasks Billing claims to be raised to external parties Assistance on running internal and external client events to promote Investment solutions Perform competitor analysis Any other data related requirement Requirements: Good at Excel and data understanding – must have intermediate. Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, VBA, Word, PowerPoint) Able to automate tasks to achieve efficiency on execution Willing to learn fast and adapt/contribute to a wide range of product solutions Self-motivated team players and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills Meticulous individual We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified. #J-18808-Ljbffr
