We are Hiring: Sales and Marketing Executive (Female) Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and promoting a diverse range of services. Key Responsibilities:

Sales:
Identify and approach potential clients to generate leads.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Marketing:
Create and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's services.
Collaborate in developing marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media campaigns.
Manage and grow the company's social media presence to engage potential clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
Client Engagement:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
Reporting:
Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports for management.
Track client interactions and maintain an updated CRM database.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience (2+ years) in sales and marketing, preferably in the corporate or service industry.
Familiarity with the business setup or corporate consulting sector in Qatar is a plus.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Persuasive, confident, with excellent negotiation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Fluency in English (Arabic knowledge is an added advantage).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM software is a bonus.
