We are seeking an intern to join the Corporate Affairs & Communications team to support the Strategy & Development and Investment teams in creating and executing effective and impactful integrated communications plans. This role offers the unique opportunity to grow within a fast-growing and dynamic organisation in Singapore! Responsibilities Enhance GenZero's reputation through positive profiling of thought leadership content and strategic initiatives. Assist in planning and executing integrated communications strategies across various platforms (i.e. earned, owned, paid, and partner channels). Assist in daily media monitoring and management of newsletters. Support the development of video/visual content for social media posts. Experience in video editing and graphic design for social platforms and websites is preferred. Facilitate organisation and coordination of virtual, physical, and hybrid events. Support logistics and administrative matters for events and sponsorships. Lead coordination of meetings and discussions with relevant internal and external stakeholders. Requirements Undergraduate in mass communications, business, sustainability, or related disciplines. Strong writing skills and good communication abilities. Experience in graphic design and video editing skills preferred (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). Good knowledge of analytics and social listening tools to strengthen engagement is a plus. Positive attitude and a keen willingness to learn. Open to flexible hours during peak periods. Minimum availability: 5 to 6 month internship (January to June; February to June).
