What will I be doing?

As an Executive Chef, you will lead and manage the kitchen team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
  1. Oversee all kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food preparation.
  2. Develop menus and innovate new dishes.
  3. Manage kitchen staff and budgets effectively.

What are we looking for?

An Executive Chef serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
  1. Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a senior kitchen leadership role.
  2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
  3. Creativity and a passion for food.
  4. Excellent organizational and financial management skills.
