What will you do? You will provide Engineering support for the new Hepatitis B (HBV) vaccine facility You will support the Utilities and Equipment qualification activities including: Design Review, Acceptance Testing, Qualification and Commissioning You will be involved in documentation review and drafting which may include P+ID review, SOP, Work Instructions, Risk Assessments You will support the Asset Care Program to ensure both Reliability and Maintenance are world class You will be involved with Local and Global Engineering teams to deliver your project responsibilities Help develop good working relationships within the team via team building activities You may be asked to perform other activities as assigned by your supervisor What will you learn? Discover the project delivery of a new HBV vaccine and preparation for production You will gain in-depth and cross-sectional insights into the GSK HBV production process You will be part of a large-scale Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) Project, develop a good understanding of Project Management in a Site Strategic Project Develop critical communication skills with the exposure to stakeholder management spanning across Local and Global cross functional teams Understand the process science and process engineering aspects that come with the design and construction and setting up of a new Manufacturing Facility Technical knowledge in the Manufacturing process i.e. Fermentation, Extraction and Purification, and equipment i.e. fermenter, centrifuge, ultrafiltration, chromatography, sterile filtration, etc Technical knowledge in Clean and Black Utilities i.e Purified Water, Water for Injection, Pure Steam, HVAC, Boilers, Chillers, Compressors. Basic knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) What are we looking for?
