The Head of Fundraising will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our inaugural fundraising strategy. This position requires a dynamic leader who is passionate about education and skilled in building relationships with potential donors and partners around AI education, digital upskilling and youth mental health. This is a remote role on a commission basis that will liaise closely with the executive team to ensure our fundraising efforts align with the organization's mission and objectives. Strategic Development and Implementation Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to support the startup's growth and sustainability. Collaborate with the executive team to set fundraising goals and objectives that align with the overall mission of the organization. Monitor and evaluate fundraising performance against targets, making adjustments as necessary. Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, including individuals, corporations, foundations, and government entities around AI education, digital upskilling and youth mental health. Lead initiatives across various fundraising streams such as individual giving, corporate sponsorships, grants, and crowdfunding campaigns. Organize and oversee fundraising events to engage supporters and raise funds. Ensure all fundraising activities comply with relevant regulations and best practices. Communication and Marketing Work closely with the marketing lead to create compelling narratives that communicate the impact of our work to potential donors.
