We seek a skilled Oracle Financial Systems Consultant to support the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Oracle Financial solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle Financial modules, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to optimize financial processes in alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  1. System Implementation and Support:
    1. Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Financial modules (e.g., GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
    2. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements post-implementation.
    3. Implement and optimize government financial resource planning systems using Oracle Financial solutions.
    4. Develop strategies and solutions to meet the unique regulatory and operational requirements of government financial systems.
  2. Business Analysis and Consulting:
    1. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze financial and business requirements, particularly for government entities.
    2. Design solutions that align with public sector compliance standards, industry best practices, and business objectives.
  3. Technical Expertise:
    1. Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of Oracle Financial Systems architecture and integration points.
    2. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data integration, migration, and system performance.
  4. Project Management:
    1. Oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
    2. Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to align objectives.
  5. Training and Documentation:
    1. Conduct training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders on Oracle Financial Systems.
    2. Prepare detailed technical and functional documentation.
  6. Compliance and Best Practices:
    1. Ensure that solutions comply with financial regulations, government policies, and industry standards.
    2. Recommend process improvements to optimize system efficiency.
Experience:
  1. 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Financial Systems implementation and support.
  2. Proven experience in modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, etc.
  3. Experience in implementing financial resource planning systems for government organizations.
  4. Strong familiarity with government financial systems, including their regulatory and compliance requirements.
  5. Project management experience is highly desirable.
Skills:
  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  3. Expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud Financials.
  4. Familiarity with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle tools like Oracle BI or FRS.
