Drive sales through effective customer service and sales techniques. Analyse sales figures and forecast future sales volumes to maximize profits. Set individual sales targets and monitor staff performance against these goals. Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service that is synonymous with luxury and fashion brands. Handle customer inquiries and complaints gracefully, ensuring customer satisfaction. Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients and ensure their needs are met. Inventory and Merchandising: Oversee inventory levels and make orders as needed, while managing budget constraints. Ensure merchandise is displayed according to brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines. Conduct regular stock checks and coordinate stock takes. Staff Management and Development: Recruit, train, and develop staff to uphold the brand's standards. Schedule staff rosters and manage leave requests to ensure adequate coverage. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Marketing and Events: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional events and new product launches. Engage with the local fashion community to increase brand presence and attract new customers. Utilize social media and other digital platforms to enhance the store's profile and drive foot traffic. Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Manage store budget, including labour costs and expenses. Ensure the store environment is safe, clean, and complies with all health and safety regulations. Trend Awareness and Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about fashion trends and market dynamics. Attend fashion shows and trade events to keep up with industry developments. Educate the team on product knowledge, including materials, care instructions, and brand history. Qualifications and Requirements: University Bachelor Degree in business administration or any relevant field is a must. Proven experience as a Retail Manager in the luxury and fashion sector. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of the luxury market and customer service excellence. Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing market conditions. Knowledge of inventory management software and point of sale (POS) systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
