Salary: RM 3000 - RM 6000 Location: Remote (with opportunities to work in our Singapore office) Responsibilities Plan and develop content strategies for clients across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others. Create detailed content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content across social media channels. Coordinate with content creators and video editors to ensure smooth execution of content production. Manage and oversee the content production process, ensuring all content aligns with client goals and brand guidelines. Collaborate with video editors to ensure the final content matches the vision and brief. Analyze social media trends and competitor content to stay ahead of the curve and provide strategic recommendations. Monitor and measure content performance, providing insights to refine strategies and enhance engagement. Job Requirements What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in social media content planning, strategy, and management (portfolio or examples of past campaigns is a plus!). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools. Excellent communication skills to work closely with editors, clients, and team members. Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for social media content. Ability to collaborate and guide video editors in the editing process without shooting content yourself. Bonus: Experience in social media analytics, SEO, and reporting.
