Reimagine What’s Possible The Area 60, Utilities, Buildings and Infrastructure Area Commissioning Manager will oversee and manage the process of making the plant and equipment fully operational, ensuring compliance with project, Licensor and KSA specifications. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute commissioning plans and procedures to ensure successful project completion.
  2. Coordinate with project managers, engineers and contractors to ensure commissioning activities are aligned with project schedules and budget.
  3. Manage the Utilities, Buildings and key interface commissioning teams, providing guidance and support to ensure safe and efficient execution of Commissioning and Start-up tasks.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements during commissioning activities.
  5. Identify and mitigate commissioning risks and issues to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  6. Review and approve commissioning documentation, including test procedures, validation checklists, Performance Guarantee Testing and reports.
  7. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide regular updates on commissioning progress and address any concerns or issues.
  8. Provide technical expertise and support to resolve commissioning-related problems and challenges.
  9. Report to the GHE CSU Manager and work closely with other Area CSU Managers to ensure flawless execution during the CSU phase of the Project.
  10. Provide progress reports to supplement the CSU Progress reporting programme.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Commissioning Lead/Manager or similar role.
