In-house - Helpdesk Support Location: Kaki Bukit Or Outsourced – End-User Support Location: Roaming (Required to travel around Singapore) Key Responsibilities: [In-house - Helpdesk Support] Provide remote and/or onsite technical support to internal and external customers Support primarily through calls, chat, emails, and other communication Analyze, diagnose and resolve user problems, working closely with users to determine the root cause of issues and propose effective solutions. Guide users through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, [Outsourced – End-User Support] Provide 1st and/or 2nd level IT support to end-users to ensure business continuity and promptly resolve technical issues. Diagnose and resolve end-user issues related to computing devices (e.g., desktops, laptops, printers, Wi-Fi) to ensure optimal performance. Communicate effectively with end-users to provide updates on issue status, progress, and resolution. Install, configure, and maintain computers, workstations, applications, and other IT equipment. Manage IT assets, including hardware refreshes, preventive maintenance (e.g., laptops, printers), and monitoring of software licenses. Assist in the rollout and implementation of new end-user computing technologies and solutions. Adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Perform any other IT-related tasks as required. Requirements: Recognized Diploma or Degree in Information Technology (or equivalent).
