JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Planning Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Planning Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of social infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia. JASARA PMC is a joint venture between the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, committed to achieving the goals set out in Vision 2030. Our company is dedicated to driving positive change within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by applying innovative solutions and delivering excellence in program management. As a Planning Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting and complex civil engineering programs in the world. Your work will directly contribute to the development of crucial social infrastructure in Saudi Arabia, such as schools, hospitals, and transportation systems. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including government entities and local communities, to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and meet the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Monitor project progress and identify any deviations from the established schedule, taking necessary corrective actions
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Conduct regular meetings with project stakeholders to communicate project status, key milestones, and potential issues
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to enforce schedule adherence
  • Manage and mentor a team of planners, providing guidance and support in the execution of their responsibilities
  • Continuously monitor industry best practices in project planning and integrate them into JASARA PMC's processes and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience as a planning manager in the civil engineering industry, preferably on large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency in project planning software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse project teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
