About the Company: A leading regional FMCG player renowned for its diverse portfolio of trusted brands across the GCC region. Role Overview: As a Senior Brand Manager, you will lead the strategic development and execution of brand initiatives for a flagship product category. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be instrumental in driving brand growth, enhancing market share, and ensuring consistent brand positioning across key markets. Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
  2. Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Campaign Management:
  1. Lead the planning and execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment across all touchpoints (digital, ATL, BTL, and trade marketing).
  2. Oversee agency partnerships to deliver creative and impactful campaigns.
  3. Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams to launch new products and revamp existing portfolios.
  4. Monitor product performance and propose enhancements based on consumer feedback.
Budget Management:
  1. Manage and optimize brand budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  2. Track ROI and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  3. Mentor and develop junior brand managers, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
  4. Drive cross-functional collaboration with sales, supply chain, and finance teams.
Performance Analysis:
  1. Utilize data analytics to measure brand performance and consumer engagement.
  2. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  2. 7+ years of progressive brand management experience in the FMCG sector.
  3. Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  4. Strong understanding of Saudi and regional consumer behavior.
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  6. Proficiency in data analysis tools and marketing software.
