This position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with teachers, parents, and the school administration to ensure that the boys' section meets educational standards and promotes holistic development. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the Boys Section, ensuring high educational standards and student engagement.
  2. Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that encourages respect and collaboration among students.
  3. Organize and oversee extracurricular activities that promote physical, social, and emotional development.
  4. Collaborate with parents and guardians to enhance student learning and well-being.
  5. Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss student performance and professional development.
  6. Ensure compliance with educational regulations and school policies.
  7. Manage budgets and resources effectively to support the Boys Section.
  8. Act as a liaison between the Boys Section and the school administration, advocating for the needs of male students.
