Job Purpose To assist in working with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive continuous service improvement and ensuring contractual obligations and other service commitments/targets are achieved. Key Responsibilities

  1. Relationships Management: Coordinate the communication and collaboration with external suppliers to ensure all FGC requirements are met.
  2. Building Strategic Partnerships: Support in maintaining partnerships at all levels with the suppliers to emphasize collaboration and set clear expectations, common goals, trust, and transparency.
  3. Contract Management: Assist the direct manager in the formulation of activities for supplier relationships and contractual aspects for offset and offtake agreements in alignment with the Legal Affairs General Department to ensure consistency with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
  4. Reporting: Support in providing the necessary reports to update related stakeholders on the status of supplier delivery.
  5. Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports: Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports and functional deliverables to meet the functional requirements in order to achieve the desired efficiency and performance excellence.
