We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Public Relations and Government Affairs Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in public representation, government relations, and extensive experience in utilizing and managing all governmental online platforms in Saudi Arabia. Candidates should have 1 to 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Strong communication, negotiation skills, and advanced computer proficiency are required. Responsibilities:
- Work professionally on all governmental online platforms in KSA, including:
- 1. Absher
- 2. Qiwa
- 3. Muqeem
- 4. Mudad
- 5. GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance)
- 6. Etimad
- 7. Tamm
- 8. Balady
- 9. Ministry of Commerce (MC) system
- 10. Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority platform
- 11. Nitaqat system
- 12. Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)
- Establish and maintain relationships with officials and government agencies.
- Act as a liaison between the company and various government entities.
- Monitor and analyze government policies and regulations that may affect the company.
- Prepare and submit necessary documents and forms to government authorities.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on government-related matters.
- Represent the company in meetings and conferences with government officials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in government policies.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to government regulations.
- Address and resolve any issues or disputes with government entities.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on government relations activities.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in public representation and government relations.
- Strong knowledge of government policies and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with government officials.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
