We are on a mission to create immersive, culturally inspired games, and we’re looking for a talented Product Manager to help bring these stories to life. As a Product Manager at Lobah Game Studio, you will play a crucial role in driving the vision, development, and execution of product strategies that enhance player engagement and enrich our gaming experience. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation to launch—working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring innovative gaming experiences to life. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of games, making data-driven decisions to optimize player satisfaction and retention. You’ll thrive in our dynamic and creative environment, growing alongside a talented team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of interactive entertainment. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and enhancement of app features, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product vision, roadmaps, and specifications.
  • Responsible for the full product/game lifecycle, from writing specifications, working across multi-disciplinary teams: design, art, and engineering to launch core features within our existing and new games. Drive product requirements, roadmap and wireframes from concept through delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, market trends, and user feedback to refine product strategies.
  • Provide inputs based on in-depth data analysis and demonstrate how that analysis impacts key product metrics.
  • Expected to develop a deep understanding of our users: their problems, their needs, their desires, and use it to improve the game. Identify opportunities for key initiatives to enhance the customer experience and improve the player experience.
  • Expected to innovate, lead the industry and ensure we stay ahead of competitors in product features.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Technology or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, ideally within the Gaming sector.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on launching consumer-facing innovative digital products and services.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills capable of motivating and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong data-driven analytical skills and be able to operate and thrive with partial information and ambiguity and have a track record of building successful teams.
  • Strong passion for games and creating fun.
  • A deep understanding of consumer behavior which will support product delivery from concept to implementation.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
