Technical Support Specialist - Real Time Systems

Partner with the best As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring real-time data, incident management, and data quality assurance. You will provide the highest level of customer service to the customers and will challenge your ability to perform in a high-paced environment. As a Technical Support Specialist - Real Time System, you will be responsible for:
  • Identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems proactively to ensure a prompt solution.
  • Providing real-time monitoring of drilling activities in order to complete operations in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Developing your technical knowledge and expertise to provide effective problem solving.
  • Assisting in incident investigations and troubleshooting and diagnosing real-time system issues.

  • Hold an associate diploma, technical degree, or Bachelor's.
  • Have experience in technical support relevant roles, remote operations, or IT support (preferred).
  • Ability to work shifts in the field.
  • Be a good team player and display good communication skills.
  • Have strong problem-solving skills.
  • Have the ability to work independently.
