Key Responsibilities As the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the recruitment efforts and attracting exceptional talent to meet the organization’s ambitious growth plans. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the company’s talent acquisition strategies and fostering a culture of excellence. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various functions and levels.
  • Leading the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs and align hiring strategies accordingly.
  • Establishing partnerships with universities, recruitment agencies, and professional networks to create a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Driving employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Utilizing data-driven insights and recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring processes and outcomes.
  • Ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations in all recruitment activities.
  • Leading, mentoring, and upskilling the recruitment team to achieve high performance and engagement.
The Ideal Candidate To succeed in this role, you should bring a blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and a passion for talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have:
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition.
  • Strong expertise in recruitment strategies for multinational or large-scale organizations, ideally in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • A data-driven approach to recruitment, with proficiency in using ATS systems and HR analytics tools.
  • A track record of driving diversity and inclusion initiatives in talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with Arabic proficiency being an added advantage.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification is preferred.
