Waiter

Waiter/Waitress - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia We are seeking experienced and professional Waiters/Waitresses to join our team at a well-established restaurant in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all guests have a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities:

1. Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
2. Provide menu recommendations and take accurate orders from guests
3. Serve food and beverages to guests according to established service standards
4. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
5. Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure all needs are met throughout their dining experience
6. Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, utensils, and dining area
7. Assist with setting up tables, chairs, and decorations for special events or occasions
8. Perform daily cleaning tasks to maintain the overall cleanliness of the restaurant
9. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
10. Handle cash transactions accurately
11. Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent service

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-volume restaurant
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
4. Strong customer service skills
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
6. Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
