We're excited to announce an opening for Operations Staff in our Operations Department! What We Do: At Taib, our Operations Staff are the backbone of our daily activities, ensuring smooth scheduling, communication, and coordination across various channels like WhatsApp, email, and calls. As part of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring operational excellence. Your Responsibilities Include:
- Managing daily operations, from confirming appointments to real-time status updates.
- Engaging in timely customer communication through WhatsApp, email, and calls.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments, while ensuring payment follow-ups.
- Coordinating lab and medical reports with precision and care.
- Handling invoices and maintaining records through our Accounting system.
- Following general policies, escalating queries, and coordinating with other departments.
- Providing daily productivity reports.
- Collaborating with teammates and maintaining seamless inter-shift coordination.
- Be part of a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in home healthcare.
- Develop your skills in operations, communication, and coordination.
- Contribute to a mission-driven organization making a difference in patients' lives.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of tools like WhatsApp and Odoo is a plus.
