Service Engineer / Testing & Commissioning Engineer - Protection Relay Testing

Job details

  1. Testing of all electrical equipment such as Transformers, HV/MV/LV switchgears including Protection Relays.
  2. Testing of all types of Advance Protection Relays, HV/MV Switchgear, MV/LV Motor Control Center, Protection Panels, Capacitor Bank, VFD/AFD, Motor and Generator Set.
  3. Receive assignments from the supervisor and arrange the required test equipment and manpower to execute the site work within the stipulated time frame.
  4. Provide customer training, communication, and configuration of protection relays, and update the test procedure.
  5. Follow company protocol for reporting and coordination.
  6. Report to the supervisor to update site work progress on a daily basis and manage the site team if required.
Skills
  1. Ability to read and understand drawings and scheme functionality.
  2. Strong knowledge of project site safety procedures and standards.
  3. Experience in driving.
