A leading Electrical Contracting company located in Dammam - KSA is seeking to hire the following position:

Job Description

- Acting as the company representative to manage all related projects Scope of Work as follows:

Oversee the construction project from start to finish.
Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed.
Create teams, develop objectives/goals, and assign individual responsibilities.
Manage project accounting functions including budget management, tracking team expenses, and minimizing exposure and risk in the project.
Ensure that construction activities move according to the predetermined schedule.
Devise project work plans and make revisions as needed.
Communicate effectively with contractors responsible for completing various phases of the project.
Coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, including architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, and laborers.
Monitor the progress of construction activities regularly and hold status meetings with all sub-teams.
Maintain strict adherence to budgetary guidelines, quality, and safety standards.
Conduct periodic inspections of construction sites.
Ensure project documents are complete.
Identify elements/requirements of project design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims.
Serve as a key link with clients and review deliverables prepared by the team before passing them onto the client.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering; professional certifications are an advantage. - Minimum 8 years of experience in water, sewage, operation and maintenance, and construction projects. - Experience in construction projects O & M. - Type of executed projects: Water Operation and Maintenance (Sewage & Sweetwater). - Excellent communication skills. - Good understanding of project management modules. - Familiarity with reporting through a management administration system. - GCC experience is a must.

Ideal Candidate Experience

EPC contracting for the construction & reinforcement of MV/HV/EHV substations.
High voltage cabling.
Installation, testing & commissioning of major power equipment.
O & M of power plants & substations.
