Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with objectives and WBS.
  2. Track project progress, report on earned value, completion dates, and schedule variances.
  3. Monitor and compare project costs against the budget, highlighting discrepancies.
  4. Conduct risk and delay analysis, recommending corrective actions.
  5. Optimize resource allocation (manpower, equipment, materials) to meet project deadlines.
  6. Collaborate with teams, contractors, and suppliers for accurate progress and risk data.
  7. Ensure contract compliance with schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
  8. Manage schedule and cost changes, suggesting plan revisions as needed.
  9. Support in claims preparation and resolution of delays or cost overruns.
  10. Represent client needs in planning meetings and ensure project alignment.
Skills
  1. Saudi National
  2. Located in / willing to relocate to: Al-Madinah Al-Munawwara
  3. Previous experience as a planner/planning engineer for 2-5 years
  4. Proficient with Primavera / P6
  5. Proficient in English language
  6. Member of Saudi Engineers Council
