The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our client's operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, preferably in mechanical engineering, and significant experience working within the Saudi market. This role requires a strategic leader who is well-versed in local laws, has strong connections with MEP contractors and consultants, and possesses a solid understanding of financial statements. Job Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement strategic plans for the Saudi operations in alignment with the company's overall objectives.
Identify growth opportunities and develop business plans to expand market presence.

Operational Management:

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Implement and manage operational policies and procedures.
Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Analyze financial statements to make informed business decisions.
Ensure financial performance meets or exceeds established targets.

Compliance and Legal:

Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies as necessary.
Handle all legal matters related to the company's operations in Saudi Arabia.

Business Development:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
Drive business development initiatives and secure new contracts and projects.
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
Lead, mentor, and develop the local team to achieve operational excellence.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Conduct performance evaluations and implement training programs.

Customer Relationship Management:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
Address and resolve any customer issues or complaints promptly.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a managerial role within the Saudi market, preferably with a local or multinational company.
Proven experience in managing all functions of a company, including operations, finance, legal, and business development.
Strong understanding of Saudi laws and regulations.
Excellent connections with MEP contractors and consultants.
Experience in a manufacturing company (building materials/sheet metals/foam) is highly desirable.
Products to be dealt with are Closed Cell Insulation and Flexible Ducts.
Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze financial statements.
Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
