Preference: Saudi National / Local Available Job Overview:

  • Senior Strategy Specialist works to help in developing, improving, and monitoring all strategy aspects of the SBUs and AHC. Senior Strategy Engineer also provides training to various SBUs and analyzes the performance of strategy deployment.
  • Candidate must be well versed in Strategy Execution, Strategy Planning, Performance System & Management, as well as Organizational Development.
  • Proven record in Driving Organizational Growth, Optimizing Performance, along with leading teams.
  • Adaptability to implement Strategic Initiatives to enhance Organizational Effectiveness and Policies.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Assess the internal and external environment of the company through various types of analysis e.g. SWOT, PESTEL, etc.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis in coordination with Subsidiary units to identify growth opportunities, assess market potential, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to define the SBUs' strategic objectives and develop actionable plans, initiatives, and KPIs to achieve and control them.
  • Lead and supervise the consulting firm to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for AHC and Subsidiary Units, including Strategic Initiatives, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), Organization Development, Change Management, and Business Process Re-Engineering.
  • Establish a strong strategy performance system to automate the reporting system, integrating with Power BI for advanced data analysis & performance visualization.
  • Support the Strategy Department in implementing an individual performance management system (PMS).
  • Handle the governance of strategy planning & formulation process.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of existing strategies and initiatives.
  • Support the investigation process (Root-Cause analysis) and set the required corrective actions for any deviations of strategy deployment.

Necessary Knowledge and Experience:
  • 5+ Years of Experience as Strategy Specialist or similar position.
  • Knowledge in the field of Strategy formulation, execution, and monitoring.
  • Ability to analyze big data.
  • Have a practical mindset.
  • Solution-oriented.
  • Proactive & Teamwork.
Education and Certification Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Engineering, or relevant field.
Job Specific Technical Skills:
  • Experienced in MS tools.
  • Fluent in English speaking and excellent report writing skills.
  • Qualified in formulation and implementation of Strategy and corporate performance framework.
  • MS Power BI is a must.
