Role Description As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for managing a team of Account Managers at an enterprise and corporate level. The sales team are hunters and are responsible for winning new strategic accounts for the business. The team develops and executes strategic plans and initiatives to achieve CEQUENS' sales targets in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with your team to drive new business growth across a wide range of sectors such as health, banking, retail, and government. This role is onsite, full-time at our Riyadh office, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy Development
- Develop and execute the sales strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives for the SaaS/CPaaS market in Saudi Arabia.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities to position the SaaS product suite effectively.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team to drive new revenue growth.
- Set clear performance targets and foster a results-driven culture.
- Own and achieve sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Develop pricing strategies and negotiate enterprise-level contracts.
- Drive business expansion into new verticals or geographic areas within the Saudi market.
- Establish partnerships with local businesses and distributors.
- Build strong relationships with key clients, understanding their challenges and offering tailored SaaS solutions.
- Oversee the customer lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience and high retention rates.
- Leverage CRM and analytics tools to monitor sales performance and pipeline metrics.
- Generate insights to refine strategies and processes.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, cultural norms, and business practices.
- Stay updated on Saudi business laws and adapt the sales approach accordingly.
